Our private couples apartment
Our private self contained apartment is situated above the main villa. It has its own private surrounding terrace hosting comfortable sunbeds and a breathtaking view. The interior consists of a large open plan living/kitchen/sleeping area with a private ensuite. Perfect for a romantic getaway in the sun. You will have private use of our large outdoor swimming pool during the months of October until April, and if the villa is unoccupied during you stay through the summer.
Pechao. Village
Pechao is a small town located just 2 kilometres away from Villa Sereia. It has a good restaurant, cafes, bars, mini markets, a few shops and a post office.
Olhão. Fishing Port
Olhao is a traditional fishing port located just 5 kilometres away and has a superb fish and vegetable market which is held every day. Olhao is also host to lovely restaurants and bars, an old shopping quarter and a lovely Portugal port side feel.
Faro. Nearest city
Faro, the capital city of Algarve, has excellent shops in pedestrianised walkways. There are numerous cafes and restaurants in this old historic walled city. Its also only 8km away from Pechao where Villa Sereia is situated. Faro airport is only 15minutes away from Pechao.

Prices for 2018
During the period May 1st to September 30th you can rent the Villa and the Apartment together or just the Villa. However, you cannot rent the Apartment by itself.
The Apartment can be rented by itself between October 1st and April 30th. If you do rent the Apartment during this period, the main Villa will remain unoccupied and you will have sole use of the swimming pool and gardens etc.

To secure your desired dates I will require a non-refundable deposit ranging from £300-£600 depending which time of year you want to stay. The balance will need to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
